What is the Anti-Cardiolipin Antibody IgA Test?
The Anti-Cardiolipin Antibody (ACA) IgA test detects IgA autoantibodies against cardiolipin, a phospholipid involved in blood clotting. While IgG and IgM are more commonly associated with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), IgA antibodies can also contribute to autoimmune clotting disorders, stroke, and pregnancy complications.
Normal Range:
